1. Service description
We provide Miele appliance repair service, including diagnostics, parts replacement, and warranty-backed repairs across the New York metropolitan area.
2. Appointments and diagnostics
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. A diagnostic fee is collected at the start of the visit and is credited toward the total repair cost if you approve the estimate.
3. Written warranty
Every completed repair is backed by a written parts-and-labor warranty described on your invoice. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and is void if the appliance is damaged by misuse, third-party service, or unauthorized parts installed after our visit.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the completion of the repair. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and personal check.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel up to 2 hours before the confirmed appointment at no charge. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may incur a trip fee.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Miele Appliance Repair New York is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
